Music lovers will not want to miss out on this 1 oz Silver Colorised Stratocaster Proof collectible coin. The coin is one of two in 75th Anniversary Series celebrating Fender. The Stratocaster was designed from 1952-1954 and has been used by a long list of performers, including Jimi Hendrix, David Gilmour, and Buddy Holly.
Obverse:
The coin’s obverse is filled by a field pattern of circles. Its design is Ian Rank-Broadley’s famous right-side portrait of Queen Elizabeth II.
Reverse:
The reverse features a highly detailed colorised “strat” design. The guitar’s body is an obsidian-like colour, which contrasts beautifully with a white pick guard. Fender’s 75th anniversary logo features prominently in the bottom left, while the coin’s weight and purity, noted at the top of the pick guard.
