Follow this quick walkthrough to complete your order with Ezeebit | Pay With Crypto.
1) Checkout
Add your items to cart
Accept the Terms & Conditions and click Check Out.
2) Choose your payment method
Under Payment, select Ezeebit | Pay With Crypto.
Click Complete order.
3) Read the on-screen instructions
You’ll land on your order confirmation screen with this notice:
“Please complete your payment using the crypto wallet of your choice. A QR code or payment link will be displayed on the next screen.”
Click Proceed to pay to open the secure Ezeebit payment portal.
4) Pay on the Ezeebit portal
On the Ezeebit screen you can:
Select your coin (e.g. BTC, ETH, stablecoins) and network.
Choose how to pay:
Scan the QR code with your wallet app, or
Send to Address (copy the address and the exact amount), or connect via WalletConnect or MetaMask.

Ezeebit supports major cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Binance Coin (BNB), DAI, and Paxos Gold (PAXG), among others.
Important:
Network must match (sending and receiving chains must be the same).
Coin must match (pay with the exact asset shown).
Amount must match (send the exact crypto amount displayed).
Time window: Please complete payment before the countdown expires. If time runs out, the order will auto-cancel and you’ll need to redo checkout.
5) Confirmation on the blockchain
After you’ve sent payment, give it a moment to confirm on-chain.
In My Account → Orders, your Payment Status will show Pending while we wait for confirmations.
Once received, it will automatically update to Paid.
6) Order email + fulfilment
When payment is confirmed on the network and verified, you’ll receive your Order Confirmation Email. From here, your order moves into normal processing and fulfilment.
7) KYC (Know Your Customer) requirement
All new customers who have not previously purchased from The Scoin Shop or The South African Gold Coin Exchange (SAGCE) must complete KYC verification before collection or delivery.
Orders will not be released until KYC is approved.
Please submit your KYC documents promptly to avoid delays.

Yes — USDT and USDC are supported and widely used for crypto payments.
Why must the network match?
Sending on the wrong chain can result in lost or irrecoverable funds. Always select the same network shown on the Ezeebit payment screen.
What if my timer expires?
The quote times out with market moves. If it expires, the order cancels; please place a new order and pay within the time window.

All purchases made using Ezeebit are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirement
All new customers who have not previously made purchases with The Scoin Shop or SAGCE must complete KYC before collection or delivery.
Customers who fail to complete KYC will not have coins/products released.
